Receive a wrong order or faulty item?

Review our return policy just below, and contact us. Please send a picture of the product in its original packaging, include order details such as name and number, as well as date received. We will verify the claim and send a new item ASAP.

Look Good Naked Return Policy:

• If an order isn't correct or an item defective, we will send a new item.
• Items will be inspected before actions are taken. Keeping the original packaging will be helpful here.
• Claims must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
• Anchor bolts with expanding shields cannot be refunded if a customer expanded one prematurely. DO NOT TWIST BEFORE INSTALLATION.
• We cannot take responsibility for items stolen from your doorstep or delays from shipping companies.
• Shop credit may be given in some instances.
